Affliction Digital T/A Fynche AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates https://fynche.ai (the "Website") and the Fynche AI assistant service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Website and Service.

1. Information We Collect ​

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Your phone number is your primary account identifier and is used to communicate with you via SMS.

Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Usage Data: As you use the Service, we collect information about your interactions — including messages, tasks, and preferences — in order to operate and improve the Service. This includes information the Service learns about you over time to provide a more personalised experience.

Third-Party Service Credentials: If you choose to connect a third-party service (such as Google Workspace), we store the credentials required to access that service on your behalf. You can disconnect any third-party service at any time from within the app.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your requests and carry out actions on your behalf

  • Google — We use Google Cloud infrastructure (including Firebase and Vertex AI) to store your data, authenticate your account, and process your requests through our AI model. Google also provides integrations such as Gmail and Calendar when you choose to connect them.
  • Twilio — SMS messages sent to and from the Service pass through Twilio's infrastructure.
  • Payment Processor — Payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor.

We may also share your information with law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, or with other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. AI Processing and Automated Decisions ​

The Service is powered by an AI model. Your messages and account context are processed by the AI model on each interaction to generate responses and carry out actions on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Integrations ​

When you connect a third-party service, you authorise Fynche to access and act on that service's data on your behalf and at your direction. We access only what is needed to fulfil your requests and do not retain third-party data beyond what is required to operate the Service. You can revoke any connection at any time from within the app.

6. Data Retention ​

We retain your data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the effective operation of the Service. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us in writing at the email address below.

7. Your Rights ​

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us by email. Where a function is not available directly within the app, we will handle your request manually.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy ​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the Effective Date above.
